Speechless with delight, Szczecin thanks and welcomes!

Dear Citizens,

The Tall Ships’ Races 2007 event is over. Several days of maritime festivities turned into the city’s festival which aroused joy and our pride. No doubt, we all witnessed one of the most important events in Szczecin’s history. It will be our inspiration and challenge for the future. May I cordially thank all the citizens and all the guests for such a warm reception of sailors. Also, may I extend my sincere thanks to all the szczecinians for creating such a magnificent and unforgettable atmosphere.
